Booked this for our trip and it exceeded high expectations. Appreciated our stay, had fantastic 2 days overall. Its location at a walking distance from Mercantile Square was marvellous. The staff seemed informative.

The twin/double room is beautiful and magnificent. Private bathroom is best. The location is stunning and fantastic, next to the castle. It is very close to areas of interest, the historic centre and the old town, we enjoyed the view of street.

I booked it many times and can recommend. All in all - had a fantastic 3 night stay. The staff were both exceptional and amiable. The room was brand-new & modern with a nice touch of regional history and balconies. The hotel had a central location on areas of interest that I might enjoy. There was Mastro Ciccio nearby to grab something to eat.

The hotel suited the needs, I would stay here again. The rooms were immaculately clean and nice styled with a nice touch of regional history, you feel like home. The staff were all outstandingly accommodating and friendly. The location was great for walking around a Pontifical basilica.

No reason to complain, the hotel met requirements. The place was original and restaurant was good. My room was extremely spacious and fairly quiet with a nice touch of regional history. A shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet were very handy. Its magnificent, central location was a plus.

The breakfast was served in the terrace. Elegant room, that also was spotless with balconies. The personnel was very, very nice and accommodating and they helped us with luggage. Location: the hotel was just off the historic centre, a variety of restaurants and the castle and the pasta ladies.
